7acef1cd7a Change PKGDIR from pkg/ to . Also fix places where ${PKGDIR} is
spelled out (many of which are ${PKGDIR}/MESSAGE -> ${PKGMESSAGE} type
fixes that shouldn't have been necessary) and the string "/pkg/"
appear.

4f4c6521c9 Id->FreeBSD rename try 2.
This will make a number of things easier in the future, as well as (finally!)
avoiding the Id-smashing problem which has plagued developers for so long.

Boy, I'm glad we're not using sup anymore.  This update would have been
insane otherwise.

649d8f8c94 - Added support for SMP systems to etc/rc.d/setiathome.sh
- Added etc/setiathome.conf with options to set the nice level, the max.
  number of processes to run, the working directory, and the the user id
  to run as.
- setiathome.1 was missing from Makefile (and +CONTENTS subsequently)
- Updated the man page to reflect the changes.

- re-allow binary redistribution:

    It's fine with me if you continue to do this.
    It's also fine to put it on a CD-ROM;
    if there's a newer version,
    the program will detect this and notify the user.
