Add a forgotten patch to use INSTALL_SCRIPT, rather than _PROGRAM to
install an shell script (djvudigital).
Remove an empty line in Makefile.
I added the missing changes for manual config.
- Depend on acroread7 instead of acroread5.
Acroread5 is outdated and marked BROKEN due to multiple security issues
So the port didn't build/install
- changed manual config and batch mode
- portrevision bump
