560d2eb0bf Explicitly link libraries on 10 unmaintained ports
The following ports will not build with a binutils 2.22+ linker built
with standard options. This has been obvious with DPorts, but difficult
to see on FreeBSD. However, setting the ports compiler as a recent gcc
(e.g lang/gcc48) is an excellent way to detect the unspecified but needed
libraries as these recent GCC compilers use the latest binutils linkers.
These patches were tested on FreeBSD 8.4 and DragonFly 3.5

5aa7246575 Switch from libglut to freeglut and retire libglut. Libglut hasn't been
developed in years and has been dropped from the MESA 8.0 distribution.
Freeglut is a rewrite of glut and is actively developed and is used by
many linux distributions instead of libglut.

Bump all ports that directly depend on libglut because of the shlib version
change.

There are some extra items in this patch.

*) Because freeglut doesn't have the same dependancies as libglut, some ports
need extra dependencies added to USE_XORG to make them build.
*) Mark graphics/f90gl broken, f90gl depends on a header that is only shipped
	with libglut.
*) Remove option for libglut/freeglut selection in games/cake, only freeglut
	remains now.
*) While here fix a png related build issue games/vegastrike.

Thanks to miwi for running the exp-run.

9346b215f0 new devel/pkgconf added to replace devel/pkg-config. new version of pkg-config
are no more self hosting so we are stuck with 0.25 version while pkgconf provide
the same set of features as 0.27 and a compatible frontend. A symlink to
pkg-config has been added for convenience and compatibility

This also introduces a new macro to use pkgconf in your ports:
USE_PKGCONFIG

it can take the following arguments:
 - yes (meaning build only dep)
 - build (meaning build only dep)
 - run (meaning run only dep)
 - both (meaning run and build dep)

From now USE_GNOME= pkgconfig is deprecated in favour of USE_PKGCONFIG
The old gnome macro has been modified to use pkgconf but still the sameway: run
and build dep to avoid large breakage.

While here fix some ports relying on pkg-config but not specifying it, fix some
ports broken because testing wrong .pc files, and fix ports using pkg-config
--version to determine pkg-config version instead of
pkg-config --modversion pkg-config like recommanded by pkg-config

ce7d0b1f2e For the ports that are maintained by ports@ that have pkgconfig as their
only USE_GNOME feature, convert to a BUILD_DEPENDS. This avoids both the
bug of the bogus run depend introduced by bsd.gnome.mk, and also avoids
needlessly pulling that file in.

2fadfa2cfb For ports maintained by ports@FreeBSD.org, remove names and/or
e-mail addresses from the pkg-descr file that could reasonably
be mistaken for maintainer contact information in order to avoid
confusion on the part of users looking for support. As a pleasant
side effect this also avoids confusion and/or frustration for people
who are no longer maintaining those ports.

340b57f8be - Update X.org ports to 7.4+ (few ports are more recent than the katamari).
- Bump PORTREVISION for all ports depending on libglut since the shlib
version number went from 4 to 3.
- Bump PORTREVISION for all ports depending on libXaw as libXaw.so.8 isn't
installed anymore.
- Couple of ports fixes (mostly missing xorg components added to USE_XORG).

70e175ed96 Add fv.
fv is an HDRI viewer. Currently supported formats are the followings:
* Greg Ward's HDR (also known as Radiance/PIC/RGBE). See
  http://www.graphics.cornell.edu/~bjw/rgbe.html for details.
* Paul Debevec's PFM (Portable Float Map). See
  http://netpbm.sourceforge.net/doc/pfm.html for details.

fv reads data from the standard input or files specified as
arguments. In the latter case, each file may be compressed one with
gzip or bzip2. The file may also change after fv is invoked, except
its header part. fv checks whether the file changes and updates the
display if necessary. This feature is useful for checking intermediate
outputs from renderers.
