c7856579a4 Fix two emu problems: 
1. Decorations disabled by default.
2. No-decoration case not properly handled in menus, resulting in seg fault.

8de3884106 Fix the utmp handling that was broken by the security patch. 
It was:
 - setting the euid from the real groupid (yow!)
 - not recovering it's setuid permissions when cleaning the utmp file.
I've left in some diagnostic code for "shouldn't happen" cases.

4157893907 Patch around a security vulnerability in rxvt. Give up root privileges when 
they're not necessary.  RXVT's handling of /etc/utmp is blatantly idiotic
under FreeBSD but at least it's not a security hole anymore.

c568b5d285 Add optional support for enabling MIT's DES based authentication and 
also rolled in Kerberos V4 support so xdm can aquire your tickets for you.

d426a2ade8 User input is now only required at the beginning of the script, patches
