83ed239056 Since i can't found a new version for japanese/ming, transfor this port in a
master one instead slave of graphics/ruby-ming and still use ming.so.3.

a22fb8e6bc Hardcode PKGNAMEPREFIX.
This is because both ports/japanese/Makefile.inc and
ports/graphics/ruby-ming are trying to set it.

36b20551e5 Add japanese/ruby-ming as a slave of graphics/ruby-ming. It depends
on and is linked with japanese/ming instead of graphics/ming.
