88d74bc517 Switch from mysql322-{client,server} to mysql323-{client,server}. 
mysql323-client installs libmysqlclient.so.10 (instead of
libmysqlclient.so.6).

mysql323-{client,server} are production quality, now (according to
MySQL AB at least).

51b9eaadc2 sybase and sybase-ct are mutually exclusive. So split Sybase into SybaseDB 
and SybaseCT and yell if there are selected both.

7029af8c65 - add $FreeBSD$ 
- disable mhash:
  This option causes apache to be linked with -lc _and_ -lc_r.
  As a result apache crashes on startup.
