7acef1cd7a Change PKGDIR from pkg/ to . Also fix places where ${PKGDIR} is
spelled out (many of which are ${PKGDIR}/MESSAGE -> ${PKGMESSAGE} type
fixes that shouldn't have been necessary) and the string "/pkg/"
appear.

dd9ff05a6a Commit #3/4 to enforce caps, no period.
FWIW, checkout of these things took 5+hrs, staying on the local
.freebsd.org net w/o hitting the 'net at all.

e3f517404e Don't build these if PACKAGE_BUILDING -- these are useless as regular
ports, and are used only for building packages.

4729d2bf22 Change dates. Change BROKEN to IGNORE so it will be ignored even during
parallel package builds.

Update 30upgrade to include fetch.  Change comments since it's now chasing
3.1-stable.

d4f14ed1c5 After losing these twice to newfs, I've finally decided to import them
into the repository.  (Note: these won't do anything for you, so don't
touch them if you are not building upgrade kits. :)
