5f825c7ab9 Update squid1.2.beta14 -> beta16. 
Note: the b14 -> b15 change will loose your cache unless you take
the steps on http://squid.nlanr.net/ to recover it.

7ac76a9e2d If BATCH is defined, then build apache-php with mysql support. 
Reasons:
	- mysql is free software and very popular.
	- msql is only free for private use
	- msql isn't as fast and reliable (from hearsay)

e33653b3ac Remove brokenness from this port ;-) Thanks to Dirk Froemberg. 
New features:
- You have to set variable PHP_DBTYPE to msql or mysql by typing
  make PHP_DBTYPE=[ msql | mysql ]
  to build the port with msql or mysql support.
- The php configuration isn't interactive anymore
  Theoretically we could default to mysql database and build
  a package, so that make batch could work !
- Cleaned up port dependency, so that libgd actually gets build
  (I fixed this one)
- made portlint as happy as I could, changed /usr/local to ${PREFIX}
  and changed sed -> ${SED}
The only thing that is missing now is an apache-php-SSL port and
postgresql support ;-))

3a31f70e62 Instead of using ssleay.cnf.sample warn the user that they must 
first create ssleay.cnf before 'make certificate' will work.

Lots of bug fixes, plus repair to the "make certificate" target.

NOTE!! NOTE!! NOTE!!

This port is broken for NorteAmericanos. Someone who has the latest
RSAref would make me eternally grateful by fixing this for the
.US/.CA case and sending me patches.

2fa2cd74f6 Update from 1.2.beta11 -> 1.2beta14 
Major changes:
  - the URL and SHA cache key methods are gone, MD5 is the only option.
  - the swap.state system has been redesigned as a transaction log for
    much faster restarts and crash recovery.
  - SIZE on ftp binary transfers.
  - Lots of bug fixes and code cleanups.

WARNING, with beta12 we are starting to stuff object metadata into
the beginning of objects on disk.  With beta13 we have changed the
"swap.state" file format to binary instead of text. When you run this
version for the first time you WILL LOSE YOUR CACHE!

The previous warning still stands:
This is BETA software. Do not run this on your production systems.
Logfile formats are subject (and likely) to change at any time without
warning.
