Note: I know that this is going to break some symlinks and/or .so
includes, I will back some of these out as I run into these during
package building.
(1) Format the header. Add the e-mail address of author.
(2) Add the $Id$ line.
(3) Category is "devel", not "x11 utility" ("utility" doesn't even exist
anymore!)
(4) Reorder variables and insert empty lines to follow the guidelines.
