editors/mg: add -static slave installed as /rescue/mg

When recovering from a broken rtld(1) one may want a visual editor that
feels like Emacs. ee(1) isn't under /rescue, and its Emacs keys support
lacks even C-x C-c (save-buffers-kill-emacs).
