Update to 1.1: mkcatalog(.in) script update.

- Fix symbolic-link'ed ${CAT_DIR} problem.
    - Add -c option: specify top-level catalog file(default:${CAT_DIR}/catalog).
    - Add -v option: verbose mode.
    - Modify some messages.
