Remove graphics/pfstmo: pfstmo is a part of pfstools

I couldn't find an announcement, but all executables from
graphics/pfstmo are now in pfstools-2.1.0.

graphics/pfstools has been updated to 2.1.0 in r465069

Pfstmo package contains the implementation of state-of-the-art tone
mapping operators. The motivation here is to provide an implementation
of tone mapping operators suitable for convenient processing of both
static images and animations.
