Import of rpm2cpio (perl version). Converts .rpm files for extraction with /usr/bin/cpio. Created so there would be a lightweight version that didn't require a tonne of other requirements. PR: 12701 Submitted by: Juergen Lock <nox@jelal.kn-bremen.de>
