Re-import of dante version 1.1.0. From pkg/COMMENT: A circuit-level firewall/proxy. From kris@FreeBSD.org: It's a BSD-licensed SOCKS4/5/MS_PROXY server/client, which exceeds in functionality the (restrictively licensed) NEC SOCKS5 referenece implementation.
