Attempt to import 8 ports at once. I sure hope this will work. editors/nvi is a multi-byte extension of nvi-1.79; the rest are pretty much skeletons (even more so than regular ports) that use most files from editors/nvi and support for a particular encoding scheme. The dependency rules are created in bsd.port.mk only if *_DEPENDS are defined, so move LIB_DEPENDS before .include of editors/nvi/Makefile (which also includes bsd.port.mk).

rename ports/editors/nvi to ports/editors/nvi-m17n. update language-specific configurations for nvi-m17n accordingly. add ports/editors/nvi-perl, nvi 1.79 with perl5 linked into.
