patch 9.1.0520: Vim9: incorrect type checking for modifying lists

Problem:  Vim9: incorrect type checking for modifying lists
Solution: Correctly assign the member declared types and generate
          typechecks, add disassembly test (LemonBoy)

fixes: #15090
