patch 9.1.1321: filetype: MS ixx and mpp files are not recognized

Browse Source 
Problem:  filetype: MS ixx and mpp files are not recognized
Solution: detect *.mpp and *.ixx files as c++ filetype
          (Hampus Avekvist)

closes: #17155
