fdfe3e2ad9 Rework OMEMO handling on disconnect 
* Fix missing destruction of `session_store` and mutex
* Replace `glib_hash_table_free()`
  The glib API `g_hash_table_destroy()` does exactly the same.
* Use the default libsignal `destroy_func` instead of doing that manually
* Set internal state to `0` after everything is cleaned up

2e85f18cd6 Use our omemo sid/fingerprint in qr code 
Current clients sid/fingerprint will be shown in following format:
`xmpp:<user@server>?omemo-sid-<numerical-sid>=<omemo-fingerprint-hex-string>`

199162b11a Add omemo_close function 
We call omemo_init() when starting profanity and should have an
omemo_close() at exit.

For now we free the fingerprint autocompleter in there.

Fixes valgrind:

5f015e32b2 Add OMEMO policy 
There is 3 policy:

- manual: OMEMO session are only started manually
- automatic: OMEMO session are only started if they have been started
  manually before
- always: OMEMO session are always started unless they have been ended
  manually before

Closes #1040 and fixes #1052
