23c6936398 Improve MUC title behaviour for roster, statusbar, and titlebar 
## Abstract

Continuation of https://github.com/profanity-im/profanity/pull/1881

Give all MUC title commands a consistent command structure and appearance.

- `/roster room use name|jid` and `/roster room show|hide server` are now `/roster room title bookmark|jid|localpart|name`
- `/statusbar room room|jid` is now `/statusbar room title bookmark|jid|localpart|name`
- `/statusbar show|hide jid` and `/statusbar show|hide name` are now `/titlebar room title bookmark|jid|localpart|name`

Fix both bugs mentioned in https://github.com/profanity-im/profanity/pull/1881

### src/ui/mucwin.c:mucwin_generate_title

Called by each command to generate a properly formatted title. It checks for "name" first because "name" is the default preference for each command. The last if-statement sets the title to "localpart" for special cases when the title should be "localpart" instead of the user-defined preference.

1c102fec27 Add /privacy logging command 
Add ability to completely turn logs off,
Needed since `/logging` and `/history` didn't stop history logging
in the DB, only in files.
Command might break something on usage,
hence it was primarily introduced for privacy geeks.

36784738fc Add optional pgp public key autoimport 
Refactor `p_gpg_list_keys`
Add `/pgp autoimport` command,
it's not described in XEP-0027, but used in some clients,
such as PSI, Pidgin. It will autoimport keys received with
`/pgp sendpub`, in plain text as a message, or using features,
provided in other clients. It doesn't autoassign them, but shows
command to assign, letting user to decide.
Improve documentation for some preexisting functions
Add contact argument to `/pgp sendpub`

8075b32ebc Align avatar behaviour with urlopen 
`/executable avatar` now also uses cmdtemplate and parse %p.
It seems to me that the `/avatar` command was actually completely broken
on master.

0cf79848e9 add /statusbar tabmode actlist 
The existing way how active tabs are displayed didn't allow showing more
than 10 tabs. This patch adds a mode where the statusbar shows a
comma-separated list of tabs which were active since the last time viewed.
This view is inspired by how `irssi` shows the active tabs, therefore
it is also called `actlist`.

Add vCard support 
Only nicknames, photos, birthdays, addresses, telephone numbers, emails,
JIDs, titles, roles, notes, and URLs are supported

Due to the synopsis array not having enough space, `/vcard photo
open-self` and `/vcard photo save-self` are not documented properly in
the synopsis section of the `/vcard` command, but they are documented in
the arguments section

Fixed memory leak in vcard autocomplete (thanks to debXwoody)

be55b16bef Restore default behaviour for stamps 
@mdosch discovered that we now don't print `:` for messages from others
anymore.

Until
https://github.com/profanity-im/profanity/pull/1663#issuecomment-1114625151
is fixed lets restore the default behaviour to always add `:` in
`_win_print_internal()`.

The result will be that a stamp set to `-->` will also look like `-->:`.

59b9b44d53 Dont show presence status changes by default 
Dont show presence status changes by default in chat and muc windows.

Users repeatedly ask how to change this setting in the MUC.
We have it in the FAQ since a long time.

And most people I know change this setting, including me.

So it looks like it's time to change this default.

1272543237 Use EDITOR environment variable 
When preferences do not specify a program to be used for /editor
command, try getting it from EDITOR (which POSIX.1-2017 calls one of
"variables that are frequently exported by widely used command
interpreters and applications"), fall back to "vim" if not set.

3b3a6b7a75 Remove /python sourcepath 
I feel like this mostly is confusing people.
Also don't see much value for it.

To me it looks like a regular workflow is like:

/plugin install ~/src/profanity-plugins/my.py
```

The whole thing with sourcepath, install (which also loads without
having that described anywhere), load etc is confusing.
Also each plugin file that is present in
`.local/share/profanity/plugins` will then be auto loaded. Which means
after installation.

0a8d69dc46 Enable whole word only notifications by default 
Set PREF_NOTIFY_MENTION_WHOLE_WORD to true.

If I'm not mistaken the _mucwin_print_mention() / get_mentions()
functions only work correctly since
6bc440c6f7.

This changed the behaviour for users.
They got notified when their nick was `kaffee` and in the message the
string `kaffeekanne` occured.

Setting `/notify room mention word_whole` corrected this.

So my idea is that only now the mention function work correctly. And to
have a good default behaviour we should set the `word_whole` on by
default.

06482fdaef Add option to only allow messages from jids in roster 
`/silence on` will throw away all messages (type: chat, normal) that
come from jids that are not in the roster.

7db8f6f5a4 Disable notifications by default 
Since I didn't find a way to discover whether a notification server is
running I decided to disable them by default. So people without one will
not have such a bad lag due to timeout from libnotify.

Fix https://github.com/profanity-im/profanity/issues/977

1d8061e89b Have separate settings for intype 
Old: `/intype on|of`
Typing information is printed in console and titlebar.

New: `/intype titlebar|console on|off`
Typing information can be configured in more detail.
