Print multiple identical mode changes in one line
(mode +o nick by nick1, nick2, nick3)

channel structure, but instead just one mode string field. Also
handling half-ops (+h) should work right.

files and fe-events.c doesn't know anything about it. Hides server +o
mode change messages - it's displayed as '@' char before the nick in
netjoin message.
