b3b1dd12a1 Workaround: This avoids libspeex printing warnings on Opus streams. 
libspeex reports warnings in case of oddnesses with the data to stderr.
However Icecast2 uses those functions in it's codec probeing process.
This way libspeex will write messages to a posibily reused random handle.

This is clearly a bug by package maintainers of libspeex.

as reference.

28572be2ec Feature: Extract metadata and export them to stats.xml 
All metadata is now extracted from Vorbis streams and ICY streams
and exported as new <metadata> tag into admin/stats if specific
mountpoint is requested.

To testers:
 - Please test with Ogg Vorbis streams.
 - Please test with Ogg Vorbis + Theora streams.
 - Please test chained Ogg streams.
 - Please test with ICY streams.

2b7cb1c641 LOG_{ERROR|WARN|INFO|DEBUG}() -> ICECAST_LOG_{ERROR|WARN|INFO|DEBUG}(); this is to avoid collision with LOG_INFO that is defined as part of syslog.

e065acb7f1 no functional/structural change but cleans up the annoying signed/unsigned pointer warnings 
here with xmlChar, based on work originally done by gtgbr@gmx.net.

b1dcee52a8 Add more Ogg codec handlers, there has not been that much testing on these 
mainly due to client support, but they are only for detection and plug
straight into the ogg handler.
The win32 project files will need updating to take the new files into account
