Kalle Olavi Niemitalo ca1d540a41 configure: Fix "not a valid shell variable" with Autoconf 2.63
Fix this error:

configure.in:1430: error: AC_SUBST: `[CONFIG_TRE]' is not a valid shell variable name
acinclude.m4:31: EL_LOG_CONFIG is expanded from...
configure.in:1430: the top level
autom4te: /usr/bin/m4 failed with exit status: 1
