The enable_systems_functions function has been removed.
The setlocale function is nowadays called os.setlocale, and it does
affect the operation of ELinks.
The execute function does not return the exit code.
Document tmpname, edit_bookmark_dialog, xdialog, set_option, get_option.
Document elinks_home.
However, I did not update the example Lua scripts.

...
libsmbclient will decode the URI on its own, so if ELinks does that too,
file names like "2%200" will be incorrectly handled.

Give them a corresponding Content-Type header. This must go in
cached->head because cached->content_type is supposed to be just
type/subtype. It will also be deduced from cached->head, so don't set
it separately.
