intptr_t is the same sizeof as void *.

2bec2984c4 [dos] Very experimental DOS port based on links-2.26 code 
WATT-32 and openssl you must compile yourself.
You must tweak configure options, something like:
--disable-utf-8, etc.
Only checked on dosemu with LFN. Networking lags is a bit.

88d9704e11 [mouse] Create or delete ~/.elinks/mouse.lock file while changing ui.mouse_disable option. Refs #137 
There is no good way to inform slave elinks instances about options. So, for mouse there is a workaround.
Note, If you set ui.mouse_disable = 1 in elinks.conf manually, to get effect on 2nd ELinks instance,
you must also touch ~/.elinks/mouse.lock . Changes via option manager delete or create this file automatically.

b21dea1ba0 close stdin before calling a background program 
The solution with fork() is more general, but it unnecessarily produces two new
process: one in exe_no_stdin(), one in system(). The solution with FD_CLOEXEC
is simpler as it only requires changing and restoring a flag of stdin, but I
suspect it may not be available in all OSes elinks can be compiled for.

1f57e72212 [mozjs24] Allow build elinks with g++ 
SpiderMonkey was updated to mozjs24. If you want to build elinks
with ecmascript support, you must compile using g++ with -fpermissive .
There is a lot of warnings.
There are some memleaks in ecmascript code, especially related to JSAutoCompartment.
I don't know yet, where and how to free it.

Debian does not support mozjs24, so I'm going to gradually update SpiderMonkey version.

Not finished yet, but I added to motivate myself and others.
The goal is to get a few seconds faster builds.

autotools still will be available.

49f41d4371 Rewritten add_chars macro. 
Before it redrawn only changed cells, but were problems with ghosts.
See test/fresh.html. Now it redraws whole lines, which were modified.

c4cb7ed8e5 Beginnings of terminfo support. 
--with-terminfo must be added for configure
and --terminfo to command line.
terminfo is only used for output and not all sequences are changed.
