Convert part of the build to the new build system The root makefile is converted as well as some leaf Makefiles. This also brings in the required infrastructure and adjusts configure.in appropriately. Use all-l,install-l,clean-l targets in individual makefiles and let Makefile.lib multiplex the real ones. That's so that the -recursive ones always come first. 2005-09-16 00:52:54 +02:00			`clean-l:`
