veillance flux
The change in surveillance within a particular domain. The term was coined by
Steve Mann to refer to the differing fields of view of surveillance cameras
within an urban area. Who controls which cameras and who is obtaining the data.
Could also be described as a measure of the change in exfiltrated data
ownership within an area. Generalizable beyond camera surveillance to other
types of systems.
