Now it uses three 3D and one 2D perlin noises to generate the terrain, and is highly parametrizable.

This was mostly done automatically and then visually inspected for obvious errors.
All //-style comments should have a 2-space separation from the code, and 1 space after the comment sign.

Decoupled cChunkGenerator from cWorld and cRoot.

Now the chunk generator can be used by other projects without depending on the two hugest structures in MCS.
