Lots of fixes and improvements, new git-switch(1) and git-restore(1): https://raw.githubusercontent.com/git/git/master/Documentation/RelNotes/2.23.0.txt `WANTLIB += charset' comes through `git fast-export/import' now "handl[ing] commits with log messages in encoding other than UTF-8 better". Add myself as second maintainer while here. OK benoit
