- upstream now supports OpenSSL 1.1+ so as usual when this happens,
some patches were required to work with LibreSSL.
- new no_{my,pg}sql pseudo flavours added, lightening the build deps
for a client build: FLAVOR="no_mysql no_pgsql no_bat" make package
