this port didn't build on static-only arch anyway). Unsupported upstream
(http://bugs.ghostscript.com/show_bug.cgi?id=691887#c1) but the patch is
easy to maintain, and there's a clear benefit:

$ stat -f "%Z %N" mupdf*
25262988 mupdf-1.4.tgz
4619258 mupdf-1.4p0.tgz
