Mozilla looks for plugins in ~/.mozilla/plugins
${LOCALBASE}/mozilla/plugins
and ${LOCALBASE}/lib/mozilla-plugins.

To disable anti-aliasing (xft) altogether set GDK_USE_XFT=0 in the
environment.
