"tosha"  reads one or more CD-DA (digital audio) tracks or absolute
sectors and writes them into a single or multiple files, or to the
standard output.

Most IDE/ATAPI CD-ROM drives should work through OpenBSD's atapiscsi
functionality. Some, though, are known to be problematic.
