Kipi (KDE Image Plugin Interface) is a common plugin structure 
for Digikam, KimDaBa, Showimg and Gwenview, aiming at sharing image 
plugins among graphic applications.

libKipi core is stable.

The plugins are still in beta, but fairly usable already.
