ab885568ce Register build (actually, test) dep on newer cppunit releases 
libfilezilla wants cppunit >= 1.13.0.  I plan to update cppunit to
a newer upstream in the near future.

pkg/DESCR:
libfilezilla is a free, open source C++ library, offering some basic
functionality to build high-performing, platform-independent programs.
Some of the highlights include:

- A typesafe, multi-threaded event system that's very simple to use yet
  extremely efficient
- Timers for periodic events
- A datetime class that not only tracks timestamp but also their
  accuracy, which simplifies dealing with timestamps originating from
  different sources
- Simple process handling for spawning child processes with
  redirected I/O

0e2f9ca21d Fix Boost.Locale and unbreak on ports-gcc archs 
Since the update to icu4c-63.1, icu4c uses char16_t and others from the
C++11 standard, but eg++-4.9 defaults to -std=gnu++98.

d6682042c6 Always add ${LOCALBASE} to the path since ports-gcc no longer looks 
there by default.  Also, with the COMPILER infrastructure, CHOSEN_COMPILER
is the correct variable to check for the compiler type.  ok bluhm@

6d977fa71d update to ucblogo-6.0 
sample code at https://people.eecs.berkeley.edu/~bh/logo-sample.html
behaves a bit strangely but it's the same with the in-tree version but
simple tests with pen control/movement work as well as before.

(the distfile for 5.5 is no longer available upstream, port had no
MASTER_SITES line so was using implicit default of MASTER_SITE_OPENBSD)
