88e3388520 compile libxml2 with thread support. 
it unbreak py-lxml testsuite (specially test_thread_error_log).

the --without-threads was used long time ago before we got rthreads. it should be fine now.

4cb6cc61c4 Replace urls using alioth.debian.org 
They replaced it with a gitlab hosted on salsa.debian.org and they
provide alioth-archive.debian.org for the source archives, but
they didn't move everything there.

b19d4110a9 change MODCARGO_CRATES syntax for devel/cargo module. 
The new syntax to have version with '-' character:
-MODCARGO_CRATES +=     aho-corasick-0.6.8      # Unlicense/MIT
+MODCARGO_CRATES +=     aho-corasick    0.6.8   # Unlicense/MIT

update all customers of devel/cargo to use the new syntax

18b5d4007a Adjust txt2man's bookman script to avoid "[[ $i ]] || ...", /bin/sh doesn't 
like this at all. This is an alternative to a diff proposed by Charles A Daniels
that moved txt2man to using bash.

64b0b7badc use LLD_EMUL to avoid the need for HAVE_OBJCOPY=no on LLD arches.

31a3872990 Add a patch from https://bugs.ghostscript.com/show_bug.cgi?id=699395 
fixing build on BE arches. Tracked down by George Koehler who proposed
an alternative simpler patch (but I'd prefer this one which is closer
to the changes made for LE).

432418389e update to mupdf-1.14.0, some notable changes: 
- mupdf-gl now requires building with javascript support, so is no longer
available in the default flavour (which has js disabled). If you use mupdf-gl
you will need to switch to the js flavour (pkg_delete mupdf; pkg_add mupdf--js).

- drop the patch to convert to shared libraries, the build process of
mupdf is a headache and changes rather often, so this patch is getting in
the way too much. unfortunately this bloats the packages somewhat...

a2fe581a1d * Do NOT hide the build commands. 
* Don't use -ffunction-sections.  It provides no appreciable gain but
  causes a text relocation on i386 in JITStubs.cpp.  x11/qt4 also
  doesn't use it.

5371aa7335 Import apertium-streamparser-5.0.2. 
apertium-streamparser is a Python 3 library to parse the Apertium stream
format, generating LexicalUnits.
