if we lose some functionality (this code is such a mess that I don't

c2c6d8c938 Point to the correct HOMEPAGE (upstream project on bitbucket). 
Looks like the old domain / website isn't under upstream control any
more.

While here, reorder the Makefile a bit, and add an XXX about
MASTER_SITES, which is broken.
