c030f0cdc9 Import portmidi-217 
PortMidi is a library for real time input and output of MIDI data.

Support for sndio is incomplete, only output is implemented for now.

3ad12414ad Update to audacity-2.3.1. 
Still BROKEN but at least we can start working on the newest release.
Remove WANTLIB while here, they prevent from even extracting; we'll add
them back once the port builds.

6309a2bb3b qt5.port.mk: change COMPILER 
Move it to "base-clang ports-gcc" and bump REVISION accordingly.
This unbreaks Qt5-related binaries runtime on macppc.

Parlatype is a minimal audio player for manual speech transcription,
written for the GNOME desktop environment. It plays audio sources to
transcribe them in your favourite text application.

It's intended to be useful for journalists, students, scientists and
whoever needs to transcribe audio files.

77591311e1 wip major update to audacity-2.2.2 (still BROKEN) 
- libsoxr now used instead of libsamplerate
- audio/portaudio-svn still used instead of the bundled copy (only the
portmixer subsystem makes use of additional interfaces available in
the bundled and patched portaudio)
- portmidi support can't be easily deactivated and lacks support for OpenBSD

Committing this early so other people can work on it in-tree. Prodded by
ajacoutot@.

imported from FreeBSD (thanks to tobik@freebsd)

use new PA_SNDIO_DEVICES environment variables to specify additional sndio
devices, for example:

5181488863 Update to 0.9.5, which is still old, but newer versions change from 
scons build environment to cmake

That makes the program usable again, also fixed MIDI input

160a1eb1c0 Pass -Db_asneeded=false to meson so that it doesn't add -Wl,--as-needed. 
Fixes the build on i386/ld.bfd archs which was failing with missing refs
to pthread functions, as reported by sthen@

Fix WANTLIB while here.
