Alexander Leidinger 8b67accbb2 - link libc_pic.a when compiling with "-KPIC -static"
- link libc_p.a/lib_c_r.a when compiling with "-pg -static"
- fix unresolved symbols to make "-pg" and "-prof_gen" work
