Joshua Peck Macdonald	0c6f5227a8	PRCS is a version control system I wrote. Its like CVS except ... its simpler to use, is not designed as a front-end to RCS, fixes a lot of the things CVS got wrong, has no client/server support, and a few other things.	1996-09-17 23:43:20 +00:00
