Minor additions and fix-ups:

- filenames of Custom Icons for folders ("Icon^M") are properly escaped
- Honors CFLAGS
- package can actually be installed elswhere (pkg_add -p)
- man pages are compressed and properly linked

Added patch to fix problems in displaying volume information for filesystems

Temporary fix for PR ports/4251: don't compress man pages, so that '.so'

works for the aliases to megatron.1, nbp.1, and pap.1.
Correct solution hopefully rns.
