- remove redundand PKGNAMESUFFIX (-ru) since we have already PKGNAMEPREFIX?=ru-
- use PORTVERSION and DISTNAME instead DISTVERSION so we end up with a pretty
PKGNAME and INDEX entry

The changes where done with the view to pkgNG, so users can do an easy
install/update of the package.

I overlooked this consumers in a first place, but they should be marked
deprecated too, because:
- www/trac-wikirename deprecated upstream (merged into trac 0.12) [1]
- www/trac-wikitemplates do not supposed to work with trac >10 according to [2]
