Normalize CSS selectors.

Examples:

• #foo>.bar -> #foo > .bar
• #foo > .bar -> #foo > .bar
• foo[ a = 'b' ] -> foo[a='b']

Tests

Run mocha tests on node.js with:

npm test

node ./test/mocha/node-suite.js
