Disallow id selectors.

## Options

### `true`

The following patterns are considered warnings:

#foo {}
```

```css
.bar > #foo {}
```

```css
#foo.bar {}
```

The following patterns are *not* considered warnings:

```css
a {}
```

```css
.foo {}
```

[foo] {}
```
