patch 8.2.2386: Vim9: crash when using ":silent! put"

Problem:    Vim9: crash when using ":silent! put".
Solution:   When ignoring an error for ":silent!" rewind the stack and skip
            ahead to restoring the cmdmod. (closes #7717)
