patch 9.1.0097: 'breakindent' behaves inconsistently with 'list' and splits
Problem: 'breakindent' behaves inconsistently with 'list' and splits. Solution: Use 'listchars' from the correct window and handle caching properly. Move cheaper comparisons to the top.
