patch 8.0.1356: using simalt in a GUIEnter autocommand inserts characters

Problem:    Using simalt in a GUIEnter autocommand inserts strange characters.
            (Chih-Long Chang)
Solution:   Ignore K_NOP in Insert mode. (closes #2379)
