patch 8.2.0116: BufEnter autocmd not triggered on ":tab drop"
Problem: BufEnter autocmd not triggered on ":tab drop". (Andy Stewart) Solution: Decrement autocmd_no_enter for the last file. (closes #1660, closes #5473)
