patch 8.2.2917: spellfile functionality not fully tested

Problem:    Spellfile functionality not fully tested.
Solution:   Add tests for SFX with removal of characters, spelling
            suggestions with NOBREAK and others. (Dominique Pellé,
            closes #8293)
