patch 9.0.0177: cursor position wrong with 'virtualedit' and mouse click

Problem:    Cursor position wrong with 'virtualedit' and mouse click after end
            of the line. (Hermann Mayer)
Solution:   Do not use ScreenCols[] when 'virtualedit' is active.
