Subject: [PATCH] patch 9.0.1172: when 'selection' is "exclusive" then "1v" is
 one char short

Problem:    When 'selection' is "exclusive" then "1v" is one char short.
Solution:   Add one character when 'selection' is "exclusive. (closes #11791)
